ReThink Advisors organized a deep and broad stakeholder engagement process—more than 200 meetings, including integrated planning efforts in surrounding urban neighborhoods— resulting in a highly adaptive framework to guide the transformation of the CWRU campus over the next 10 years. From this engagement process came a coherent approach to multiple planning, architectural and landscape design projects that were either nominally in the works or not yet conceived.

ReThink has been integrally involved in bringing the masterplan and many of its projects to fruition, including the Health Education Campus, the West Campus plan, the Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center, the Nord Family Greenway, Lucia Smith Nash Walkway, and neighborhood revitalization planning efforts. ReThink applied a systems-thinking approach to every aspect of these projects utilizing broad expertise that includes facilitation, project management, benchmarking, budget oversight, programmatic and design confirmation, and mission alignment.
